从中西医理论相容性探讨西医院校中医思维的培养方法

Discussion on the Training Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine Thinking in Western Medical Colleges From the Theory Compatibility of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

中西医两种医学体系在思维方式上存在显著差异,这给已经形成思维定势的西医院校学生在学习中医的过程中造成很大障碍。尽管为提高教学质量,对教学模式进行了改良和优化,但西医院校学生的授课效果并不乐观,学生中存在抵触和排斥现象。消除思想上的壁垒,这应该是中医教学中要解决的关键性问题。这不仅有利于学生接纳、理解中医思维,进而形成中医思维能力;同时促使年轻学生形成对不同学术思想开放、融合的积极态度,有利于培养出高层次的复合型医学人才。

There are significant differences in the way of thinking between Traditional Chinese and Western medical systems. That has caused great obstacles among medical students that have a mindset of Western medicine in learning Traditional Chinese medicine. Although the teaching model has been improved and optimized in order to improve the quality of teaching,the teaching effectiveness of students in western medicine universities is not optimistic. Conflict and repulsion exist among students. Eliminate the ideological barriers by understanding the difference in the way of thinking is a key issue in Traditional Chinese medical education. It will not only benefit the student in acceptance and understanding of Traditional Chinese medical thinking, format Chinese medical thinking ability, but also promote positive attitude of young students in opening their mind towards different academic ideas. It is conducive to the cultivation of highly qualified personnel.
