溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床护理观察

Clinical Nursing Observation of Patients With Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床护理方法及效果。方法选取2015年9月—2017年2月于我院接受治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者67例为研究对象,按照随机数字的方式,将其分为对照组34例和观察组33例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,对比两种护理方法的应用效果。结果观察组有效率为97.06%,护理满意度为94.12%,对照组相应数据分别为72.72%、66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对溃疡性结肠炎患者实施综合护理,效果理想。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods and effects of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 67 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from September 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the random number, 34 cases were divided into control group and 33 cases in observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing, and the effect of the two nursing methods was compared. Results The totaleffective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 97.06% and 94.12 % respectively. The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the control group were .72.72% and 66.67% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing care for patients with ulcerative colitis can play a better nursing effect.
