中医辨证施护脾胃虚寒型胃痛临床研究

Clinical Study on TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Nursing of Stomachache Due to Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach

目的探讨中医辨证施护对脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院56例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者作为本次研究对象,并按随机平衡方法将所有患者分成两组,即对照组和实验组各28例。对两组所有患者实施中西医结合治疗,对照组患者予以常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上,予以中医辨证施护。比较两组临床效果、生活质量及护理满意度。结果经过临床观察,实验组的临床效果总有效率达到96.4%,明显优于对照组78.6%,(P<0.05)。实验组在生活质量评分以及护理满意度评分方面,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者在实施常规治疗护理基础上予以中医辨证施护,在临床治疗上起到辅助作用,明显提高临床治疗效果,同时还将患者的生活质量显著提高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing on stomachache due to deficiency of spleen and stomach. Method 56 cases of stomachache due to deficiency of spleen and stomach patients were selected as the research objects,and all patients were divided into control group and experimental group by randomly balance methods,with 28 cases in each group. The two groups were given therapy of integrated medicine. The control group was also given routine nursing care. Patients in the experimental group were given TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical effect,life quality and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Result The clinical effect of the experimental group was 96. 4% which was significantly better than78. 6% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The life quality score and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than78. 6% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing played a supporting role in the clinical treatment,improved the clinical effect,will also significantly improved the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of promotion.
