中医整体护理糖尿病患者30例的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Holistic Nursing Care on Patients with Diabetes Mellitus for 30 Cases

目的探讨糖尿病(DM)患者运用中医整体护理观干预的临床效果及其对护理质量的改善作用。方法随机将我院2016年6月—12月收治的60例DM患者归入两组(30例/组)试验,Ⅰ组接受常规西医护理,Ⅱ组接受中医整体护理观干预,对比评估两组的临床干预结果及护理质量。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ组接受护理干预后的血糖控制良好率分别为56.7%和86.7%,护理满意度分别为70.0%和93.3%,Ⅱ组相对Ⅰ组高,比较差异均显著(P<0.05)。干预前,两组接受FPG、2h PBG指标检测及QOL量表评测,结果相比差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后,Ⅱ组的血糖检测值及各项QOL量表指标值相比Ⅰ组均有显著改善,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在DM患者的临床护理中推行中医整体护理观干预,能够明显优化血糖控制效果,提升医院的护理质量及患者的生存质量,应加大力度推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine holistic nursing intervention on diabetes mellitus（ DM） and its improvement on the quality of nursing. Methods 60 cases of DM patients were randomly placed in our hospital from June2016 to December 2016 into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. Group Ⅰ received routine Western nursing. Group Ⅱ received traditional Chinese medicine holistic nursing intervention. The comparison and evaluation of the quality of clinical nursing and the intervention results of the two groups were carried out. Results The good rate of blood sugar control after receiving nursing intervention of the group Ⅰ and group Ⅱwas 56. 7% and 86. 7%,respectively. The satisfaction degree of nursing care of the group Ⅰ and group Ⅱwas70% and 93. 3% respectively. There was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Before the intervention,two groups received FPG,2 h PBG indexes and QOL scale evaluation results,and there was no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. After intervention,blood glucose values and the QOL index of the scale values in group Ⅱwere significantly improved,and there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with DM,the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine holistic nursing intervention can greatly optimize the effect of blood glucose control,improve the quality of care and the quality of life of patients,and should be promoted.
