天王补心丹合逍遥散加减治疗绝经后心绞痛的效果

Effect of Tianwang Buxin Mini-pills and Xiaoyao Powder on Angina Pectoris after Menopause

目的探讨天王补心丹合逍遥散加减治疗绝经后冠心病心绞痛肝郁阴虚证患者的疗效。方法选择2009年5月—2014年5月期间在我院接收治疗的绝经后冠心病心绞痛肝郁阴虚证患者300例作为研究对象,采用随机数字抽取表法将患者分为两组,每组各150例。给予对照组患者采用天王补心丹治疗,给予观察组患者天王补心丹合逍遥散加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(93.33%)与对照组(77.33%)相比,明显更高,即观察组疗效更好,P<0.05。结论对绝经后冠心病心绞痛肝郁阴虚证患者采用天王补心丹联合逍遥散加减治疗利于改善患者症状,减少心绞痛发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Tianwang Buxin mini-pills and Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of angina pectoris after menopause of stagnation of liver qi and yin deficiency syndrome of postmenopausal women. Methods 300 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris of stagnation of liver qi and yin deficiency syndrome from May 2009 to May 2014 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 150 cases in each group. The control group was treated by Tianwang Buxin mini-pills. The observation group was given Tianwang Buxin mini-pills and Xiaoyao powder. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate in the observation group and the control group was 93. 33% and 77. 33% respectively. The observation group had better curative effect P〈0. 05. Conclusion In postmenopausal patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with liver yin deficiency syndrome,Tianwang Buxin mini-pills and Xiaoyao powder can improve symptoms,reduce the incidence of angina pectoris,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
