活力素对化疗药物不良作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effect of Active Ingredient on Adverse Effects of Adverse Effects of Chemotherapeutics

目的探讨一种药食同源的"工程菌"转化含硒的中药灵芝孢子等提取多种中药活性成分(简称"活力素")对抗肿瘤药的毒副作用。方法将活力素、化疗药物(5-氟尿嘧啶、卡铂、表阿枚素)分别及共同用于荷艾氏腹水瘤小鼠,随机分为活力素组、化疗药物(5-氟尿嘧啶、卡铂、表阿枚素)组、化疗药物(5-氟尿嘧啶、卡铂、表阿枚素)+活力素组,观察小鼠体质量及白细胞变化情况。结果活力素组小鼠体质量及白细胞明显提高,化疗药物(5-氟尿嘧啶、卡铂、表阿枚素)+活力素组小鼠体质量及白细胞明显比化疗药物(5-氟尿嘧啶、卡铂、表阿枚素)组小鼠体质量及白细胞下降轻。结论活力素能减轻化疗药物降低体质量、降低白细胞的作用,活力素与化疗药合用能减轻化疗药物的毒副作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of vigor,some active components of traditional Chinese medicine from transformed Seleniumcontaining ganoderma spore by engineering bacteria which is homology of medicine and food,on side effects of chemotherapeutics. Methods Vigor and chemotherapeutics（ 5-fluorouracil,carboplatin,epirubicin） were applied in Ehrlich ascites carcinoma（ EAC） tumor bearing mice separately and in combination. The mice were randomly divided into vigor group,chemotherapeutics（ 5-fluorouracil,carboplatin,epirubicin） group and chemotherapeutics（ 5-fluorouracil,carboplatin,epirubicin） and vigor group. Body weight and white blood cell count were observed. Results Body weight and white blood cell count of mice in vigor group were significantly increased. The decrease of body weight and white blood cell count of mice in chemotherapeutics（ 5-fluorouracil,carboplatin,epirubicin） and vigor group were significantly ameliorated comparing with that of chemotherapeutics（ 5-fluorouracil,carboplatin,epirubicin） group. Conclusion Vigor could reduce side effects of chemotherapeutics,such as body weight decrease and white blood cell count decrease. Vigor combined with chemotherapeutics can reduce the side effect.
