泽泻汤加减治疗眩晕的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Zexie Decoction in the Treatment of Vertigo

目的探讨泽泻汤加减对眩晕病患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年3月—2017年3月于抚顺市中医院收治的眩晕病患者共60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用天麻素注射液静点联合手法复位,试验组30例,在对照组的基础上应用泽泻汤口服,应用DHI评分量表观察两组临床疗效。结果试验组患者治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泽泻汤加减治疗眩晕病患者临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Zexie decoction in the treatment of vertigo. Methods 60 cases of vertigo patients from March 2016 to March 2017 in Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into experimental group and control group. 30 cases in the control group used Gastrodin injection intravenous combined manipulative reduction. 30 cases in the experimental group took oral Zexie decoction on the basis of the control group. DHI scores were used to observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Zexie decoction in the treatment of vertigo has significant effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
