八珍汤联合仙灵骨葆胶囊在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折术后中的应用

The Application of Bazhen Decoction Combined with Xianling Gubao Capsule in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur in Elderly patients

目的探讨八珍汤联合仙灵骨葆胶囊在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折术后中的应用。方法选取我院2016年1月—12月收治的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者70例,按照治疗方案不同分组,各35例。对照组予以仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合八珍汤治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组疼痛缓解时间、可下地行走时间及骨折愈合时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组骨密度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八珍汤联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者效果显著,加速骨折愈合并促进髋关节功能恢复。

Objective To explore the application of Bazhen decoction and Xianling Gubao capsule in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur in elderly patients. Methods 70 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes,and each group had 35 cases. The control group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsule treatment,while the observation was treated with Bazhen decoction based on the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The pain relief,walking time and fracture healing time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The bone mineral density of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of Harris hip function in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bazhen decoction combined with Xianling Gubao capsule in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly patients is significantly effective. It accelerates fracture healing and promotes the recovery of hip function.
