甲硫酸倍他司汀联合耳聋左慈丸治疗神经性耳鸣30例

Betahistine Sulfate Combined with Erlong Zuoci Pill in the Treatment of Neurogenic Tinnitus 30 cases

目的探讨甲硫酸倍他司汀联合耳聋左慈丸治疗神经性耳聋鸣的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月在大连市友谊医院耳鼻喉头颈外科就诊的60例神经性耳聋患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采取甲硫酸倍他司汀治疗,试验组30例,在对照组的基础上使用耳聋左慈丸治疗,比较两组患者的耳鸣症状评分、TEOAE有效引出和临床有效率。结果试验组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经性耳鸣患者采取甲硫酸倍他司汀联合耳聋左慈丸治疗,可以有效改善临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of betahistine sulfate combined with Erlong Zuoci pill in the treatment of neurogenic tinnitus deafness. Methods 60 cases of sensorineural deafness patients from January 2016 to January 2017 in dalian friendship hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 30 cases in the control group took betahistine sulfate treatment.The experimental group of 30 cases used Erlong Zuoci pill on the basis of the control group. Comparison on tinnitus symptoms score and derivation,TEOAE effective clinical effective rate was carried out. Results Each index of the experimental group was superior to that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with neurogenic tinnitus,betahistine sulfate combined with Erlong Zuoci pill can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the curative effect,and is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
