辨证施护及优质护理对输卵管性不孕症患者治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Syndrome Differentiation and High Quality Nursing Service on the Compliance of Patients with Tubal Infertility

目的研究中医辨证施护及优质护理对输卵管性不孕症患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取160例输卵管性不孕症住院患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组80例。观察组在一般护理的基础上,采用中医辨证施护及优质护理;对照组采用一般护理。结果观察组护理满意度为97.50%,对照组护理满意度为70.00%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);护理后患者的依从性评分观察组明显优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护及优质护理,提升了医疗服务质量和护理满意度,是改善患者治疗依从性的有效措施。

Objective To explore the impact of syndrome differentiation and high quality nursing service on the compliance of patients with tubal infertility. Methods 160 patients with tubal infertility were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 80 cases. On the basis of general nursing,the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and high quality nursing.Results Satisfaction rate of the observation group and the control group was 97. 50% and 70. 00% respectively. The observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The compliance score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions TCM syndrome differentiation and high quality nursing care improved the quality of medical care and nursing satisfaction,and is an effective measure to ameliorate the treatment compliance of patients.
