摘要
目的探讨Seminar合误诊案例教学法在中医诊断教学中的实施方案与效果。方法在我校2016级中医专业3个班的《中医诊断学》课程进行Seminar合误诊案例教学法实践,并设2016级同类型专业中医1个班用传统教学法作对照。通过采用问卷调查的形式以及期末成绩的分析,探讨学生对Seminar合误诊案例教学法的认识情况并客观比较教学法实施后的效果。结果实验组86.42%的同学对seminar方法表示认同,82.26%的同学认为采用误诊案例法是对正治案例法的有益补充,Seminar合误诊案例教学法的优点更佳。实验组与对照组预期期末成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),显示了实验组在课程掌握程度上的自信,而实际期末成绩与预期期末成绩相符则更好证实了这一点。结论 Seminar合误诊案例教学法对提高学生学习兴趣、综合运用知识能力和理论联系实践能力,优于传统教学法,对提高中医诊断学课堂教学质量有一定的应用价值。
Objective To study the plan and effect of seminar combined with misdiagnosis case teaching method in diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Three classes of grade 2016 in our college of traditional Chinese medicine were practiced by seminar combined with misdiagnosis case teaching method,and another class of grade 2016 in our college of traditional Chinese medicine was compared with the new teaching method. Through the analysis by means of questionnaire and the final exam,we investigated the cognition of students on the seminar combined with misdiagnosis case teaching method and the effect on implementing objective comparative teaching method. Results 86. 42% of the students in the experimental group agreed with the seminar method,and 82. 26% of the students believed that the use of misdiagnosis case method was a useful supplement to the positive case teaching. So,the advantage of seminar combined with misdiagnosis case teaching method was better. The experimental group and the control group expected the final results of the comparison,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01),which showed the confidence of the experimental group in the mastery of the course and it was better to confirm that the actual final grade was in line with the expected final grade. Conclusion Seminar combined with misdiagnosis case teaching method in diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine improved students' learning interest and comprehensive ability of using the knowledge and theory with practical ability,is superior to the traditional teaching method,and has certain application value to improve the quality of teaching diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine.
