12种香茶菜叶的扫描电镜观察与鉴别

Scanning electron microscopy on leaves of twelve species of medicinal Rabdosia

本文报道了香茶菜(Rabdosia amethystoides)等12种中草药叶的扫描电镜观察特征、提出它们的主要区别点,可以作为这类药物的鉴定指标。

Since many species of the genus Rabdosia have beenshown to have antibacterial, antiphlogistic and antitumoractivities, leaves of the following 12 species of medicinal Rab-dosia were studied by scanning electron microscopy: R.amethystoides, R. japonica var. glaucocalyx, R. rubescens, R.macrocalyx, R. macrophylla, R. serra, R. rosthornii, R. ternifo-lia, R. stracheyi, R. pleiophylla, R. lophanthoides and R. nervosa.The results showed that these species can be easily distin-guished by the characters of cuticular striation, non-glandularhairs, including shape, stereoscopic form, size, surface stria-tion and density.
