摘要 (1)目的了解运动疗法对康复治疗师职业性肌肉骨骼疾患的康复效果。(2)方法从唐山市选出60名颈肩和上背有职业性肌肉骨骼疾患的康复治疗师,随机分为对照组与干预组,各30例。对照组完成日常的工作后休息,干预组完成日常工作后进行运动疗法干预,每次练习20分钟,1次/d;一周5次,持续8周。两组均在实验开始前和8周后对颈部竖脊肌(CES)、斜方肌上部(UT)和斜方肌中部(MT)进行疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、表面肌电最大随意收缩(MVC)、积分肌电(RMS)、平均频率(MF)测定。对照组与干预组组间比较用两独立样本t检验,组内比较用配对样本t检验。(3)结果对照组8周后VAS、MVC、RMS、MF值与试验开始前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组经过8周运动疗法干预后,VAS值比干预前及对照组下降,MVC、RMS、MF值比干预前及对照组增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)结论运动疗法能缓解疼痛,恢复肌力,降低疲劳程度,从而有效改善职业性肌肉骨骼疾患。 Objective To understand the effects of the exercise therapy for the intervention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WRMDs)among therapists.Methods A total of 60 therapists with WRMDs in neck,shoulder and upper back were recruited from Tangshan city and were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).Therapists in the intervention group were instructed to perform one exercise program 20 min/session,once a day,five times a week,for 8 weeks.At the same time,the control group solely took a break and did not receive any form of specific intervention.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and maximum voluntary contraction(MVC),root mean square(RMS)and mean frequency(MF)of surface electromyography were assessed in both groups before the clinical trail and after 8 weeks.The muscles measured were cervical erector spinae(CES),upper trapezius(UT)and middle trapezius(MT).The differences between the two groups were compared using independent-samples t test,and the differences before the clinical trail and after 8 weeks were compared using paired-samples t test.Results There was no significant difference in VAS,MVC,RMS and MF before the clinical trail and after 8 weeks in the control group(P 0.05).After8 weeks of exercise therapy in the intervention group,the VAS value was lower than that before the intervention and the control group,MVC,RMS and MF were significantly higher than those before the intervention and control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Exercise intervention can relieve pain,improve muscle strength and reduce fatigue,which can effectively improve work-related musculoskeletal disorders.
