京津冀建筑市场协同发展背景下建筑企业业务承揽研究

Study on the Business Contract of Construction Enterprises Based on the Collaborative Development of Jing-Jin-Ji' Construction Market

随着《京津冀协同规划纲要》的提出,京津冀三地建筑市场的协同发展也将成为一种趋势,提升京津冀三地的建筑企业跨省承揽业务的能力,促进京津冀三地建筑市场一体化发展已成为京津冀建筑市场协同发展的一大重要课题。基于对京津冀三地建筑企业的总产值及外向度分析,从政府和企业两个层面阐述了目前京津冀三地建筑企业跨省承揽业务存在的问题,并从政府和企业两个方面提出可行的建议。

Under the background of the collaborative agreement in Jing-Jin-Ji（Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province）,the coordination among the province construction industries in this area will also become a trend. Enhancing the ability to contract trans-provincial business for construction companies in these three areas and promoting the integrated development of construction market in Jing-Jin-Ji region have become an important issue. Based on the output and extroversion degree analysis of construction companies in Jing-Jin-Ji region,this paper has elaborated the current problems of construction enterprises in contracting business from the government and the enterprise level. Finally,this paper proposes the feasible suggestions from the government and enterprises levels.
