被动式建筑的建设实施方式研究

A Study on the Construction and Implementation of Passive Building

作为节能舒适健康的新型建筑技术形式,被动式建筑在我国的研究、实践和推广不仅要注重技术方案、材料等,更要在其生产实施组织模式和方式上加以关注。通过对全过程工程咨询在被动式建筑建设中的简要介绍,肯定了其在被动房建设中可以发挥的整体优势;对被动式建筑建设优先采用EPC设计采购施工总承包模式的生产组织方式进行了简要分析,同时对被动式建筑采用成品房交付模式进行了介绍。

As a new form of building technology,passive building is healthy and comfortable. Therefore,our academic studies and construction practice should not only focus on passive building＇s technical solutions and materials,but also pay more attention to the implementation of production organization mode. By briefly introducing the whole process of construction consulting in the passive building construction,this study emphasizes advantages in passive housing construction. The construction of passive building using EPC design and purchasing is analyzed,and the passive building using the finished house delivery model is introduced.
