摘要
美国工程新闻记录发布的2017年度国际承包商250强榜单反映出了国际工程承包市场规模萎缩的态势更加明显。通过对榜单中企业的规模、效益、雇佣情况、收入分布、行业及区域特征进行翔实解读,从总体趋势、行业变化及区域市场3个方面分析了国际工程承包市场的发展趋势。着重关注了进入榜单的中国内地企业的排名、区域及行业影响力的变化,并对近5年来榜单10强及中国内地企业的情况进行了对比分析,以期为中国内地工程承包企业开拓海外市场、研判市场趋势提供数据参考。
Recently the Engineering News-Record（ENR） published the top 250 international contractors of 2017,and the downward trend of scales in the international construction market is obviously reflected by this list. The scale,profit,professional staff hiring,revenue,and the regional and market distribution are deeply discussed in detail in this paper. This study analyzes the future development trend of the international construction market from the aspects of overall trend, market changes, and regional market. This paper also focuses on the changes of ranking and regional influence of mainland Chinese contractors. A comparative analysis between the top 10 international contractors over the last five years and the members of the Chinese mainland contractors were also discussed to provide a solid reference for further opening the overseas construction market and predicting the possible trends of international market.
