摘要
以校企合作模式为切入点,在地理信息产业快速发展的背景下,以培养符合社会需求的地理信息专业人才为目标,对校企合作人才培养模式进行研究分析.首先从学校和企业两方面分析合作的动因,充分利用校企合作的外部和内部条件,建立基于校企合作的人才培养新模式,提出订单培养、"2+2"分段教学、项目合作3种培养模式并具体阐述,最后从建立完善的法律法规、加强政府的引导、建立反馈评价机制、加强高校自身建设4个角度提出推动校企合作培养人才的对策.
Under the background of rapid development of geographic information industry,geographic information professional talents for social demands as the training goal,university enterprise cooperation training mode is analyzed.The external and internal conditions and reasons of university-enterprise cooperation are analyied,talents training new mode based on university-enterprise cooperation is established,and three training modes including,order training,"2+2"periods teaching and project cooperation are put forward.The countermeasures to promote university-enterprise cooperation from the perspectives of establishing perfect laws and regulations,strengthening the guidance of government,establishing feedback evaluation mechanism and strengthening the self-construction of universities are put forward.
