河北省3～6岁幼儿超重肥胖的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Overweight or Obesity in Children Aged 3～6 Years of Hebei Province

采用多层随机整群抽样法,以河北省3~6岁6 025名幼儿为样本,对其身高、体质指标进行测量,并对幼儿父母进行问卷调查.结果表明:近年河北省3~6岁超重肥胖幼儿人数呈增加趋势,幼儿超重率较高,城镇幼儿、父母超重肥胖、父亲受教育程度、巨大儿、是否去幼儿园、每周看电视天数、室内和室外活动时间等,是3~6岁幼儿超重肥胖的主要诱导因素(P<0.05).幼儿超重肥胖受到遗传和生活环境、生活方式的影响,预防幼儿超重需从这些方面进行干预,为制定合理的干预措施提供了理论依据.

To understand the influencing factors of overweight or obesity in 3 to 6 years old children,stratified sampling and cluster sampling methods were used.A total of 6 025 children aged 3 to 6 years old in Hebei province were ramdomly selected.The height and weight indexes were measured and their parents were also surveyed.The results show that the number of overweight or obese children aged 3~6 years is increasing in Hebei Province,and the overweight rate of children is higher.Overweight and obesity of children are influenced by many factors（P〈0.05）in duding urban children,parents’ overweight or obesity,the fathers’ education level,fetal macrosomia,whether or not go to kindergarten,the times watch TV in a week,the times indoor and outdoor physical activity per week.The heredity and living environment and mode play important roles in children growth,so it is necessary to intervene these aspects to prevent from overweight children,which will provide theoretical basis for making reasonable intervention measures.
