摘要
放射治疗是肿瘤综合治疗的重要手段,在其应用日趋广泛的同时,放疗抵抗问题也日趋凸显,放疗敏感性不高成为影响肿瘤患者放疗疗效的关键问题。环氧合酶-2已被证实参与肿瘤的发生发展,近期研究证实其表达能导致放疗抵抗。该文将对环氧合酶-2的表达在放疗抵抗的产生中的作用及其机制进行综述。
Radiation therapy is an important method for the comprehensive treatment of tumors,however resistance has been becoming an increasingly prominent problem,because radiation therapy is applied more and more extensively in clinics. Low radiation sensitivity is a main problem affecting the efficacy of radiotherapy for cancer patients. Cyclooxygenase-2 has been confirmed to participate in the occurrence and development of tumors. Recent studies indicat that the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 can lead to radiation resistance. The effects and mechanisms of the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in the production of radiation resistance is reviewed in this paper.
