决策气象服务会商与联动服务分析

Analysis of Consultation and Coordinated Service in Decision-making Meteorological Service

湖北地处长江中游,地貌复杂,气象灾害频发,特别是汛期5~9月更是灾害性天气多发频发时期,暴雨、强对流、高温等灾害性天气常常造成巨大的生命财产损失。为充分发挥气象工作在防灾减灾中的作用,减少气象灾害造成的损失,湖北省气象局从2011年汛期开始每周召开一次决策气象服务会商会,会商会在近些年的重大灾害天气发生前即开启了各部门的联动服务,为减轻或避免一次次灾害损失,发挥了积极作用。

Hubei lies in middle reaches of Yangtze River.Landform was complex, meteorological disaster occurred frequently.May to Semtember during flood period was frequently occurring period of disastrous weather .Disastrous weather of rainstorm,severe convection and high tempera-ture and so on caused to giant loss of life and wealth.Decision-making meteorological service consultation was held to give full play to the func-tion of meteorological work in preventing and reducing disaster and reduce the loss from flood period of 2011 by Hubei Meteorological Bureau.In recent years,coordinated service was developed before the occuring of disastrous weather to advoid or reduce disaster loss.
