在党的十九大报告中,以习近平同志为核心的党中央针对世情、国情、党情的变化提出了一系列重大理论观点和重大战略思想,并把新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为党的指导思想。习近平总书记提出的新时代中国特色社会主义思想既有其经济进入新常态、全面从严治党及面对国内外复杂局面的现实逻辑,又有其重要意义。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想靶向精准地揭示经济发展规律、国家治理规律等。为进一步实践习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,一要加强反腐的体制机制建设,规范权力运行机制;二要进一步加强法治建设,加快治理能力现代化的建设步伐;三要着力推进社会治理体系改革,促进社会治理向更加包容、更加民主的方向发展。

Delivered at tiie 19th National Congress of CPC, we take president Xi Jinping as the core of tiieParty Central Committee which has put forward a series of major theoretical perspectives and major strategicthoughts in light of the changes in the world conditions, the national conditions and the party s condition. We have also taken the thoughts on socialism wit!i Chinese characteristics for a new era as our guiding ideology. The thoughts on socialism wit!i Chinese characteristics mentioned by President Xi Jinping have a important signifi-cance on economy under t!ie new normal, comprehensively strengt!iening party discijDline and facing complicated situations domestic and abroad. The thoughts target accurately on revealing the law of economic devgoverning. Through the analysis of realistic logic and great significance of the thoughts on scharacteristics, we could provide an important supporting for our practical approach. Details as follows First,strengthen the construction of anti - corruption system and mechanism, controlling corruption under laws and rules and regulating the operation system of rights. Second, strengtiien the legal system, speewards the modernization of administration capacity. Third, push the reforming of social administration system, toencourage social administration development move toward capacity and democracy. All t!ie meafore ,are beneficial to carrying - forward and carrying - out of Socialist ideology with Chiby Xi Jinping.
