摘要 为检测开关设备由于载流原因使其发热的各项指标,在实验室搭建模拟现场的电源设备,其控制系统采用PLC实现温升试验电流的自动控制。该系统使用方便、功能齐全,减轻了试验人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,能有效地限制人为因素对试验结果的负面干扰,有一定的推广应用价值。 In order to detect the various indexes of the switch equipment heated due to its current flow,a simulated field power equipment device is set up in the laboratory,and its control system can realize the automatic control of the test current for the temperature rise with PLC. The system has properties of easy use and complete function,which can reduce the labor intensity of the test personnel,can improve the work efficiency,also can effectively limit the negative interference of human factors on the test results,and it has certain application value.
