摘要
针对焦油渣配型煤过程中存在的粘皮带、混合不均匀、处理不及时等问题,开发了焦油渣低温物理分离技术。分离后的干渣水分含量低,解决了焦油渣配型煤过程中存在的问题。还可以回收部分煤焦油,改善环境。
A Low temperature physical separation technology for tar residue is developed to deal with the problems of sticking to the belt,uneven mixing and late treatment which are found during coal briquetting with addition of tar residue. After separation,the water content in the tar residue is very low,so these problems are solved. Part of coal tar can be recycled to protect the environment.
