首次住院脑梗死患者对脑卒中一级预防知识的知晓水平调查分析

Levels of Knowledge of Primary Prevention of Stroke in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hospitalized for the First Time

目的探讨首次住院脑梗死患者对脑卒中一级预防知识的知晓水平。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,选取本院2014年6月-2016年10月收治的102例首次住院脑梗死患者为调查对象,采用自行设计的脑卒中一级预防知识问卷,对不同文化程度的首次住院脑梗死患者进行脑卒中一级预防知识的知晓水平调查分析。结果调查对象中低年龄者、文化程度越高者、城市居民对脑卒中一级预防知识水平知晓率比高年龄者、低文化程度者、乡镇居民明显较高(P<0.05)。102例调查者对脑卒中一级预防知识的知晓水平的总知晓率为35.11%,问卷调查中脑卒中的首发症状、危险因素以及主要危害3个维度的平均知晓率分别为33.12%、26.78%、30.37%。结论首次住院脑梗死患者对脑卒中一级预防知识的知晓水平较低,对脑卒中的危害认识不够,对不同学历人群进行针对性的脑卒中一级预防知识教育很重要。

Objective To investigate the level of knowledge of primary prevention of stroke among patients with cerebral infarction hospitalized for the first time. Methods A randomized cluster sampling method was used to select 102 subjects who were hospitalized for cerebral infarction between June 2014 and October 2016. A self-designed questionnaire for primary prevention of stroke was used to investigate the level of knowledge of primary prevention of stroke among cerebral infarction patients of different education levels who were hospitalized for the first time. Results Younger, better-educated or urbansubjects had a better knowl-edge of the importance of primary prevention of stroke, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The average awareness rate of the knowledge of primary prevention of stroke among the 102 subjects was 35. 11%. The average awareness rates of the first symptoms,risk factors and major hazards were 33. 12% ,26. 78% and 30. 37% respectively. Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction hospitalized for the first time have a lower awareness level of primary prevention of stroke, and a poor knowl-edge of the hazards of stroke. Therefore, it is important to educate people of different educational backgrounds on targeted primary prevention of stroke.
