中国海洋生物医药产业投入产出效率研究——基于DEA模型 被引量:3

摘要 海洋生物医药产业投入产出效率研究,对制定海洋生物医药产业相关决策具有重要现实意义。本文选取资釐、技术、劳动力、资源等发展要素,建立海洋生物医药产业效率测度指标体系,极建基于DEA模型的我国海洋生物医药产业投入产出效率测度模型,分析该产业投入产出效率水平。结果显示,由纯技术效率和觃模效率影响的综合效率较低,均值为0.752。这说明我国海洋生物医药产业效率整体上处在上升阶段,产业发展要素配置、产业投入产出结极、觃模不合理,利用效率低下,而且这些问题,已成为制约我国海洋生物医药产业效率的主要因素。基于此,本文仍优化要素配置、提高利用效率以及产业集聚方面提出对策建议,以期为我国海洋生物医药产业的快速发展提供决策参考和理论支撑。 The research on the input-output efficiency is of great significance to improve the level of marine bio-pharmaceutical industry in our country. Based on the development factors, such as capital, technology, labor and resources, this paper establishes the index system of efficiency measurement and constructs input-output efficiency measurement model to analyze the input-output efficiency of marine bio-pharmac eutic al industry in China. The results show that technical effic iency mean is 0.752, which needs to be improved, and the industry as a whole is still in the rising stage. The unreasonable allocation of industrial development factors, destructure of input-output, the inefficient use of resources, small industry scale and other problems, are the main obstacles of restricting development of the industry in China. According to the research results and current situation, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the optimization of resource allocation, improvement of the utilization efficiency, and industrial agglomeration for the purpose of providing decision reference and theoretical support on the rapid development of the industry in China.
