摘要
乳铁蛋白是一种具有多功能的非血红素铁结合糖蛋白,免疫调节作用是其重要的生物学功能之一。文章主要从乳铁蛋白对体液免疫调节,细胞免疫调节,单核巨噬细胞的影响和自然杀伤细胞的影响四个方面进行阐述,并对乳铁蛋白在养猪生产上的应用作以介绍。
Lactoferrin （lactoferrin, LF） is a non heme iron binding glycoprotein with multiple func-tions, immune regulation is one of the important biological functions. This paper mainly described the effect of lactoferrin from four aspects： humoral immune regulation,cellular immune regulation,mononu-clear macrophages and NK cell,and lactoferrin in pig production were introduced as well.
