摘要
目的:研究二色波罗蜜根的化学成分。方法:运用ODS、MCI CHP-20P、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱和高效液相色谱技术从二色波罗蜜根中分离化合物,并根据理化性质和NMR、MS波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从二色波罗蜜根中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:桑呋喃V(1)、桑辛素N(2)、albafuran B(3)、桑呋喃素D(4)、artelasticin(5)、6-geranylapigenin(6)、cannflavin C(7)、黑桑素H(8)、artonin B(9)、artoheterophyllin C(10)、artoheterophyllin D(11)、柘树黄酮A(12)、hypargystilbene A(13)、hypargystilbene D(14)、coniferylρ-coumarate(15)。结论:其中,化合物7、15为首次从桑科植物分离得到,化合物1、3、4、6~8、15为首次从波罗蜜属植物中分离得到;化合物1、3~8、11~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective : To investigate the chemical constituents from the root of Artocarpus styracifolius. Methods: Compounds were isolated from the root of Artocarpus styracifolius by column chromatography over ODS, MCI Gel CHP-20P, Sephadex LH-20 and by preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by the analysis of their physical and chemical properties and the spectra data of NMR and MS. Resuhs : 15 compounds were isolated from Artocarpus styracifolius ,which identified as mulberrofuran V( 1 ), moracin N (2), albafuran B (3), albafuran D ( 4), artelasticin ( 5 ), 6-geranylapigenin ( 6), cannflavin C (7), mornigrol H (8), artonin B ( 9 ), artoheterophyllin C ( 10 ), artoheterophyllin D ( 11 ), cudraflavone A ( 12), hypargystilbene A ( 13 ), hypargystilbene D ( 14 ) and coniferyl ρ-coumar- ate ( 15 ). Conclusion : Compounds 7 and 15 are isolated from the Moraceae family for the first time, compounds 1,3,4,6 - 8,15 are first obtained from the Artocarpus genus,while compounds 1,3 -8, 11- 15 are islolated in Artocarpus styracifolius for the first time.
