鄂北工程受益区效益分析预测

Benefit analysis for beneficial areas of Water Resources Allocation Scheme in North Hubei Province

采用数据包络分析法等方法对鄂北地区水资源配置工程受益区可能获得的经济、社会、生态、综合效益及投入产出效益进行了比较系统的分析预测,认为鄂北工程将极大地改善受益区生活用水质量,基本解决鄂北地区生活用水需求,有利于改善和维系当地的生态环境,促进经济社会发展。

A systematic analysis has been made on benefits of economic, social, ecological, comprehensive benefits, input and output benefits in beneficial areas of Water allocation Scheme in North Hubei Province was conducted by means of Data Envelopment Analysis. It is found that the project has greatly improved quality of domestic water and satisfied water needs in the beneficial areas. The project makes great contribution to the improvement of local ecological environment as well as social and economic development of the region.
