鄂北工程唐白河夹河套段PCCP防护研究

摘要 鄂北地区水资源配置工程夹河套段工程为白河和唐河之间夹河套区域的PCCP倒虹吸输水工程。输水线路以钢管管桥架空跨越白河、唐河,倒虹吸以沟埋PCCP穿越夹河套地区。唐河、白河的堤防溃(漫)堤可能会对该工程区域造成严重的冲刷,影响工程的稳定性。初步设计阶段拟采用格栅石笼对夹河套段PCCP倒虹吸进行初步防护。为进一步优化设计,降低投资成本,开展夹河套段PCCP防护研究,通过数学和物理模型模拟,计算、分析不同频率洪水在不同河道防洪标准、不同溃口位置及不同工程防护条件下对工程的破坏情形及程度,从而提出优化工程管道防护的建议。 Inverted siphon project in Jiahetao Area was part of Water Resources Allocation Scheme in North Hubei Province. it was supposed to be constructed applying PCCP in the area between Tang River and Bai River, and spanning the two rivers with pipeline bridge. Flooding of the rivers could exert significant scouring effects on the project. At the preliminary design phase, geogrid gabions were designed covering the PCCP to protect it from scouring. In order to further optimize the design and reduce the investment cost, research on protection of Inverted siphon project in Jiahetao Area was conducted. Mathematical and physical models were built and simulated with various floods, dyke breach on different sites, and different protection measures of PCCP, so as to find out how seriously the damage of flood can cause. By analyzing the modeling results, recommendations were given to optimize the protection measures of this project.
