摘要 鄂北地区水资源配置工程宝林隧洞长13.84 km,中段10.56 km采用1台直径4 m敞开式全断面岩石掘进机施工,刷新了国内开敞式最小洞径TBM新纪录。结合具体的工程地质条件,系统介绍了宝林隧洞工程施工方案选取及TBM选型方法,分析比较开敞式和护盾式TBM的适用性,探讨合理选择TBM机型的依据,并总结TBM在鄂北工程应用中取得的经验,以供类似工程TBM选型参考。 Baolin Tunnel of Water Resources Allocation Scheme in North Hubei Province has a length of 13.84 km. An open-type Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM) with a diameter of 4 m was adopted for constructing 10.56 km middle section of the tunnel that set the record of minimum tunnel diameter of China. In the light of geological conditions of the project, a systematic introduction is made on the selection of construction options and TBM for Baolin Tunnel. The suitability of open-type and shield-type TBM are compared so as to provide a base for rational selection of TBM type. Practical experiences of TBM utilization obtained from this project have been summarized so that other similar projects can take it as reference.
