Practices and a probe into quality management of Water Resources Allocation Scheme in North Hubei Province

鄂北地区水资源配置工程建筑物多,工程量大,施工技术复杂,施工项目点多线长,给工程质量管理带来难度。在分析工程设计特点和管理难点的基础上,提出了从建立质量管理规章制度开始,建立健全质量管理机构,创新建管机制,从施工招标、施工方案、质量评定等各个阶段严格管理工作质量,建立完善的水利工程质量管理体系,提高工程的管理水平,保障工程质量。

Water Resources Allocation Scheme in North Hubei Province has encountered a lot of difficulties such as a large number of structures, big working load, complexity of construction technologies and a lot of construction projects. On the basis of evaluating features of project design and difficult points with its management, following measures aiming at establishing and improving quality management system for water projects are proposed, including establishing and improving rules and regulations and organizations for quality management, creating mechanism for construction and management, as well as strictly playing control and management over every aspects of bidding, scheme and quality assessment, in order to raise the managementlevel and ensure project quality.
