摘要 目的比较MRI与彩超对不同位置胎盘植入的诊断价值。方法选取294例疑似胎盘植入的孕妇,均行MRI和超声检查,以术中及病理诊断为"金标准",对比MRI与彩超诊断不同位置胎盘植入方面的效能。结果 MRI诊断前壁子宫胎盘植入的灵敏度高于彩超(P<0.05);MRI诊断后壁子宫胎盘植入的灵敏度、准确度高于彩超(均P<0.05)。两种方法对其他位置子宫胎盘植入的诊断效能比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 MRI诊断子宫后壁胎盘植入的效果优于彩超。 Objective To compare the value of MRI and color Doppler ultrasonography for the diagnosis of placenta increta in different positions. Methods A total of 294 pregnant women with suspected placenta increta were enrolled. MRI and color Doppler ultrasonography were performed in all patients. The intraoperative findings and pathological diagnosis were taken as the golden standard,then the diagnostic efficiencies of MRI and color Doppler ultrasonography for placenta increta in different positions were compared. Results The sensitivity of MRI for the diagnosis of anterior placenta increta was higher than that of color Doppler ultrasonography( P 〈 0. 05). The sensitivity and accuracy of MRI for the diagnosis of posterior placenta increta were higher than those of color Doppler ultrasonography( all P 〈 0. 05).There were no statistically significant differences in the efficiency between the two methods for the diagnosis of placenta increta in the other positions( all P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The efficiency of MRI for the diagnosis of posterior placenta increta is superior to that of color Doppler ultrasonography.
