妊娠期女性人乳头瘤病毒感染情况以及白细胞介素-6、10表达水平

Human papillomavirus infection and expression levels of interleukin-6 and interleukin-10 in pregnant women

目的了解妊娠期女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况以及白细胞介素(IL)-6、10表达水平。方法选取1 456例妊娠期女性为观察组、1 077例非妊娠期女性为对照组。检测所有研究对象HPV-DNA以及血清IL-6、IL-10水平。结果观察组HPV总阳性率为25.5%,高于对照组的16.4%(P<0.05);观察组HPV11及HPV16亚型阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清IL-6、IL-10水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期女性HPV感染比例较高,可能与妊娠期女性IL-6和IL-10长期高表达有关。

Objective To investigate the incidence of human papillomavirus（ HPV） infection and the expressions levels of interleukin（ IL）-6 and IL-10 in pregnant women. Methods A total of 1 456 pregnant women were selected as observation group,and 1 077 non-pregnant women as control group. HPV-DNA and serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels were detected in all subjects. Results The total positive rate of HPV in the observation group was 25. 5%,which was higher than that（ 16. 4%） in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The positive rates of HPV11 and HPV16 subtypes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The proportion of the cases of HPV infection is relatively high in pregnant women,which might be related to the long-term high expression of IL-6 and IL-10 of pregnant women.
