摘要
目的:分析机器人辅助手术在泌尿外科各领域的应用。方法:对机器人辅助手术在泌尿外科前列腺、膀胱、肾脏、肾上腺以及肾盂成型等领域的应用情况进行阐述,并将机器人辅助手术与传统开放手术、腹腔镜手术进行对比分析,探讨机器人手术系统的发展前景。结果:相对于传统开放和腹腔镜手术,机器人辅助手术培训时间和学习曲线较短,能够快速提高术者的操作技能。结论:机器人辅助手术不仅能够提供3D视觉系统和灵活的操作器械,而且能够减少并发症、缩短住院时间、改善患者的预后,已经成为替代传统手术的新术式。
Objective To elaborate the application of robotic-assisted surgery in urology.Methods The application of robotic-assisted surgery was described to the prostate, bladder, kidney, adrenal gland and pyeloplasty in the urology department.Results The robotic-assisted surgery was compared with the traditional open surgery and laparoscopic operation,and then had its prospect explored.Conclusion The robotic-assisted surgery provides 3 D visual system and flexible operation, decreases the complications and hospital stay, improves the prognosis of the patient, and takes the place of the traditional operation mode.
