2例少汗型外胚叶发育不良患者牙列缺失的修复 被引量：3

摘要 外胚叶发育不良综合征（ectodermal dysplasia syndrome,EDS）是一种来源于外胚叶组织的结构畸形,是口腔科较多见的一类遗传病,其发病率约十万分之七[1-3]。EDS主要临床表现,（1）毛发量少,眉毛疏淡;（2）部分或全部汗腺发育不全,表现为有汗、少汗或无汗;（3）先天性无牙或大部分牙先天缺失、锥形牙,磨牙常为牛牙样;（4）部分患者可伴有智力低下、发育缓滞、指甲发育异常等。此类患者以男性居多,常有特殊面容,如额部突起、鼻梁低扁如马鞍、
