该文在土地利用总体规划和城市总体规划衔接问题的基础上,探讨了两规在指标控制上衔接最为密切的城市控规与城市土地集约利用之间的耦合关系,并从城市控规视角指出了城市土地集约利用的影响机制。

On the basis of the connection between general land use planning and urban master planning,the paperdiscusses the coupling relationship between the regulatory plan and intensive urban land use. Finally,the paperpoints out that the influence mechanism of intensive urban land use on the perspective of the regulatory plan.
