Discussion on Pilot Work of Rural Land Contract and Management Right in Hoxud County,Xinjiang

为了总结确权工作思路和工作方法。采用文献分析法和归纳演绎法。该文根据新疆和硕县农村实际情况,制定试点工作实施方案,确定了农村土地确权技术路线和技术流程,通过试点工作,发现了一些问题,总结了一些经验,并且提出了一些建设性的意见。

The purpose of this paper is to define the working thought and methods of authentic light.Based on the actual situation of Hoxud County in Xinjiang,this paper made the pilot implementation plan,and determined the rural land right verification technology route and technology process.Some problems were found,some experiences were summarized,and some constructive suggestions through the pilot work were put forward.
