摘要
针对液压变幅机构应用过程中由于惯性引起的载荷冲击,从集成化设计出发,设计一套液压减振方案。应用SIMULINK工具,建立变幅机构与减振机构的仿真框图模型,仿真结果表明,设计的减振机构具有显著的减振作用。
Aiming on the impact load due to inertia during the application process, a hydraulic damping system is designed for a hydraulic luffing mechanism.Then a simulation model of the luffing mechanism and the damping system is built with SIMULINK.The simulation results indicate that the damping effect of the system designed is obviously.
