摘要
因管式冷渣器、风水联合冷渣器和干式除渣设备等传统设备不适用于生物质锅炉的除渣系统,对生物质电厂传统滚筒式冷渣设备进行改良及对冷渣器进渣口进行独特设计,开发了一种可靠的集热、换热、利用热的生物质锅炉炉渣热量回收系统和防卡、堵装置,改进后的炉渣热量回收效果显著,每年节约生物质燃料约3 500t,折算到标煤量为2 857 t,节约燃料成本225.7万元。
Traditional Equipment such as tubular ash cooler , air-water combined ash cooler , dry slag removal devices , and so on was not suitable for the slag removal system of biomass boiler , so on the basis of improving the traditional drum-type ash cooler device and designing the slag filling mouth of ash cooler in a special way , a kind of reliable slag heat recovery system for the biomass boiler with functions of heat collection , heat transfer and heat utilization as well as an anti-jamming and antr- blocking device was developed. After improvement , effect of slag heat recovery is remarkable which is expressed in saving biomass fuel about 3 500 t yearly that amounts to standard coal quantity as about 2 857 t Thus , it can save 225. 7 × 104 yuan for fuel cost.
