某燃煤机组脱硝催化剂检测及活性衰减模型 被引量:1

摘要 为检测某600 MW燃煤机组在役选择性催化还原脱硝催化剂的性能和预测其活性变化趋势,分别进行了理化特性和反应活性测试。通过与新催化剂进行对比,判断在役催化剂的比表面积、孔容、抗压强度、SO_2/SO_3转化率均属正常堕化,第一、二层催化剂活性衰减分别为28%及19%,第一层催化剂活性低于理论值,第二层催化剂活性高于理论值。根据测试数据计算得到第一层催化剂活性衰减速度系数为2.28×10^(-5) h^(-1),第二层催化剂活性衰减速度系数为1.46×10^(-5) h^(-1),从而建立活性衰减模型,该模型可预测2.4×10~4 h内催化剂的活性变化。 In order to detect performance and forecast activity variation trend of inservice selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration catalyst of one 600 MW coal-fired unit, tests on physic-chemicai property and reactive activity were respectively conducted. By comparing with new catalyst , it was 'udged specific surface area , pore volume , compressive strength and SO2/ SO3 conversion percent of the inservice catalyst was in normal attenuation and activity attenuation of the second layer catalyst was respectively attenuated by 28% and 19%. In addition , activity of the first than the theoretical value while that of the second layer catalyst was higher than the theoredata , act ivity attenuat ion speed coefficient of the first layer catalyst was 2. 28 × 10+5 h-1 by calculat ion and tha t of the sec-ond layer catalyst was 1 . 46 × 10 +5 h-1 . Thus , an activity attenuation model was buitt which could forecast activity variation of the catalyst in 2. 4× 104 h.
