摘要
配电网发生故障时,应急抢修工作快速顺利进行的重要前提是能否利用应急资源提供可靠保障,因此提出配电网故障应急资源自适应优化分配策略。首先建立应急人员、车辆和工器具及备品备件的分配模型;然后提出一种基于资源合理分配的最小绝对差值分配算法,在此基础上,提出应急资源的自适应优化分配策略,通过引入自适应指标的概念来描述应急抢修工作与资源分配的匹配程度和相关因素对应急资源分配的影响;最后,以IEEE33节点系统为例进行仿真,仿真结果验证了所提自适应优化分配策略的有效性和实用性。
The important premise for rapid and successful emergency repair as the power distribution network goes wrong iswhether emergency resources can provide reliable guarantee , thus a kind of self-adaptive optimamergency resources for power distribution network failure is proposed. Firstly an allocation model for emergency personnel ,vehicles , instruments and spare parts was established , then a kind of minimum absolute difference allocation algorithm based on reasonable resource allocation was presented. Furthermore , the self-adaptive optimal allocation strategy for emergency re-sources was put forward which introduced concept of self-adaptive indxx to describe matching degreeand resource allocation as well as influence of relevant factors on emergency resources allocation. Finally IEEE 33 node sys-tem was taken as an example for simulation and the results obtained verified effectiveness and practicability of the self-adap-tive optimal allocation strategy.
