摘要
针对当前设备利用率评价方法的不足,提出一种基于均衡利用状态和负荷曲线的利用率综合评价方法。首先,定义配电网的均衡利用状态;其次,建立均衡高效利用电网的优化目标函数,在满足"N-1"条件下,计算均衡效率和均衡容量,作为设备利用系数的基准值;最后,根据负荷曲线得出实际载荷,计算设备利用系数,提出提升措施。分析表明,以均衡容量为基准值的利用系数能更真实地反映设备的利用情况,发现电网存在的设备冗余点与供电瓶颈点,为电网的规划和提升提供指导。
In allusion to insufficiencies of current evaluation methods for equipment use rate, the comprehensive evaluation method based on equilibrium utilization state and ioad curve. This um utilization state of the power distribution network, then establishes an optimized objective function to evenly and efficiently utilize the power distribution network and under the condition of satisfying "N - 1" term, it works out equilibrium efficiency and capacity as reference values of equipment utilization coefficients. Finally, the method works out actual toad according to toad curve and equipment utilization coefficients, and proposes improvement measures. Analysis indicates utilization coefficients taking equilibrium capacity as the reference value can more realistically reflect utilization situation of equipment and discover equipment redundant points and power supply bottleneck points of the power ance for planning and improvement of the grid.
