摘要
对钢筋矫直切断机的控制系统硬件的设计与实现,首先对控制系统的强电控制部分的制作做了详细的设计说明,包括强电控制原理图、控制箱的内部元件的布局图、强电元件的型号选型和控制箱的内的线径的选用等方面;其次对控制系统的弱电控制部分的硬件设计和选型做了详细的说明,按功能模块分成了稳压电源模块、数据处理模块、按键和显示模块和继电器驱动模块等四个方面,完成了从设计原理分析到元器件的选型工作。
The researcher puts forward the whole design requirements of control system to meet the need of users. Secondly, the design of strong voltage control part in steel bars straightening and cutting machine has been explained elaborately, involving the schematic diagram of strong voltage control, the layout of the internal components in the control box, the model selection of the strong voltage element and the choice of wire diameter in the control box. Thirdly, the hardware design and model selection of weak voltage control part have been explicated elaborately. The module are divided into the regulated power supply module, data processing module, key and display module and relay driver module according to the function of control system. The analysis of design principle and the model selection of components are also completed.
