摘要
依据灰叶酸呈酸性的特点,设计一种将兴安杜鹃叶乙醇提取物碱化处理后,用正己烷萃取,分离出非酸性弱极性成分,再将水层酸化用乙酸乙酯萃取富集灰叶酸,然后再分别分离正己烷萃取物和乙酸乙酯萃取物,分离纯化吉马酮和灰叶酸的分离方法。利用该方法分离既简化了分离过程,又较大提高了吉马酮和灰叶酸的得率,对开发兴安杜鹃叶资源利用以及研究其中化学成分提供了重要参考。
Based on the characteristics of the grifolic acid is acidic, design a separation method that is alkaline treatment of ethanol extract from the leaves of Rhododendron dauricum L, isolate the acid weak polarity composition using n-hexane extraction, then the water extraction layer acidification was extracted with ethyl acetate in order to gathering grifolic acid, finally respectively separated the extraction of n-hexane and ethyl acetate, isolated and purified the germacrone and grifolic acid.This method has been used to separate both simplifies the separation process, and greatly improves the yield of germacrone and grifolic acid, to develop the leaf of Rhododendron dauricum L resource utilization and research of its chemical component provides important referential value.
