血凝酶辅助埃索美拉唑对老年消化道出血的安全性和有效性评估

Evaluation of the Safety and Efficacy of Thrombin-Assisted Esomeprazole in Elderly Patients with Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:分析血凝酶辅助埃索美拉唑治疗老年消化道出血的安全性及有效性。方法:选取我院在2015年1月-2016年6月诊断并治疗的老年消化道出血患者174例为研究对象,根据药物应用种类分成血凝酶辅助组(血凝酶辅助埃索美拉唑)89例和对照组(单用埃索美拉唑)85例,对比两组老年患者治疗效果、止血时间、不良反应和复发情况。结果:血凝酶辅助组总有效率为95.51%,显著高于对照组的82.35%;止血时间为(29.31±5.6)h、输血量为(496.47±65.58)ml、复发率为3.37%,显著低于对照组的(41.36±6.49)h、(715.69±86.71)ml及23.53%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);血凝酶辅助组不良反应率为17.98%,与对照组的12.94%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血凝酶辅助埃索美拉唑治疗老年消化道出血具有较高的安全性和有效性,建议临床加以推广。

Objective：To analyze the safety and efficacy of thrombin-assisted esomeprazole in the treatment of senile gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods：174 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were chosen as the research object.According to the application of the type of drug,they were divided into the thrombin-assisted group（thrombin-assisted esomeprazole）of 89 cases and the control group（with esomeprazole alone）of 85 cases.The treatment effect,hemostasis time,adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups of elderly patients were compared.Results：The total effective rate in the thrombin-assisted group was 95.51%,significantly higher than that in the control group（82.35%）.The time of hemostasis was（29.31±5.6）h,the blood transfusion was（496.47±65.58）ml and the recurrence rate was 3.37%,significantly lower than the control group of[（41.36±6.49）h,（715.69±86.71）ml and 23.53%],and there were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of thrombin-assisted group was 17.98%and that in control group was 12.94%,and there were no significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Thrombin-assisted esomeprazole has a high safety and efficacy in the treatment of senile gastrointestinal bleeding.It is suggested that clinical promotion should be carried out.
