小儿急惊风的中医康复治疗

The Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Acute Infantile Convulsion in Children

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿急惊风的疗效。方法:对照组给予西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用针灸按摩及小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗。结果:观察组在1~24h内,体温改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组平均退热起效时间、解热时间及完全退热时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恶寒或恶风、全身不适、咳嗽、头痛、咽痛、鼻塞喷嚏流涕及饮食减少消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),症状改善情况明显优于对照组。观察组神志恢复时间及惊厥持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组住院期间及随访3个月惊厥复发人次明显少于对照组。治疗后对照组显效14例,有效10例,无效7例;观察组显效21例,有效9例,无效1例。观察组的总临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿急惊风临床疗效确切,可加快高热、惊厥等症状的消失,降低惊厥的复发率。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of children with acute infantile convulsion.Methods：The control group was symptomatically treated with Western Medicine,the observation group was cured with acupuncture,massage,and child chiqiaoqingre granule on the basis of control group＇s treatment.Results：Within 1 to 24 hours,the improvement of the body temperature in observation group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.The average fever onset time,fever relieving time and complete cooling time of observation group were evidently shorter than the control group（P0.05）.The extinction time of aversion to cold or wind evil,malaise,cough,headache,sore throat,sneezing runny nose,diet reduction in observation group were obviously shorter than the control group（P0.05）,the improvement of symptoms was significantly better than that of the control group.The recovery time and seizure duration of observation groups were shorter than the control group（P0.05）.During the period of hospitalization and 3 months after follow-up,the recurrence of seizures in the observation group was distinctly less than that in the control group（P0.05）.The total clinical efficacy of the treatment group as follows,clinical cure in 11 cases,7 cases markedly,improved in 3 cases,1 case failed.The total clinical effect of control group were clinical cure in 6 cases,4 cases were markedly,improved in 8 cases,4 example invalid.The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion：The clinical effect is exact,it can accelerate the fever,convulsions and other symptoms disappeared,and can reduce the recurrence rate of convulsions for children with acute infantile convulsion to be created by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.
