全干式非金属光缆的应用案例 被引量:1

摘要 全干式"无油裔"室外光缆在美国、日本等发达国家商业化应用已超过15年。全干式光缆凭借其快速接入、环保、更好的防潮性能等特征,在北美和日本市场得到了迅速的发展和广泛地应用,到2016年,北美全干式光缆需求量达到其总需求量的99%,在日本大部分光缆采用全干式阻水结构。而全干式光缆在我国的应用刚刚起步,本文主要阐述了全干式非金属光缆GYFY-144 B1.3和GYFY-36 B1.3的设计和制造,以及在江苏电信的应用案例。并对比了全干式光缆与传统油膏填充式光缆的安装效率和熔接损耗。通过实际应用,证明全干式光缆从护套开剥到准备光纤熔接,比传统油膏填充式光缆可节省60%的时间,而且免去擦拭油膏所需溶剂和擦拭纸等易耗品,使得光纤熔接更加安全、可靠、更加环保。 The North American and Japan optical cable market is passing the 15 years milestone of the commercial availability of completely dry, or ‘gel-free’, optical cable for the outside plant. Dry optical cable got rapid development and widely application in North America and Japan market, because dry cable, compared with gel-fill cable, has fast access, environmental protection, better moisture proof performance characteristics. By 2016, in North American optical cable market, dry optical cable demand occupied more than 99% of total demand. And most of the fiber optic cable in Japan is fully dry water-blocking structure. In China optical cable market, the dry cable just started. This paper mainly descripted the fully dry non-metallic cable GYFY - 144 B1.3 design, manufacture, and the application cases in Jiangsu Telecom. And compare the dry cable with gel-fill cable on fiber splicing efficiency and splicing attenuation. According the field application, the time of fiber preparing for splicing of dry cable can save 60% when compared with the gel-fill type. The dry cable has more safety, more reliable and more environmentally friendly splicing due to no chemical solvent and no consumptions goods.
