摘要
目前光缆制造行业光纤供不应求,各光缆制造商迫切需要提升产能以抢占市场,而提升产能最经济的方法固然是升速。在光缆生产的各个工序中,关键工序二次套塑因直接影响着光缆的多种性能而被各个公司高度重视,并因其高速生产限制的因素过多,导致目前国内套塑生产速度一直影响着整个光缆制造产能的提升。本文简要分析了高速套塑中所出现的包块、断纤等问题,提出工艺改进建议。
At present,optical fiber of the optical cable manufacturing industry is in short supply, the optical cable manufacturers urgently need to improve production capacity to seize the market, while the most economical method to improve production capacity is certainly speed up. In each process of optic cable production, the critical activity secondary coating directly affects the quality of the cable and by each company attaches great importance to, and there are too many limiting factors of its high speed production, resulting in the production rate of current domestic secondary coating has affected the entire optical cable to enhance manufacturing capacity. In this paper, the problems of agglomeration, broken optical fiber from the high speed secondary coating are briefly analyzed and technological suggestions are put forward.
