摘要
伴随着大数据时代的到来,数据中心建设和5G移动通信基站RRU对光纤连接提出了更高密度的要求,传统的光纤活动连接器和光跳线已无法满足其布线要求,MPO光跳线因为具备"多芯密集"的特点,在数据中心和5G移动通信基站建设将会发挥重要作用,本文简要介绍了MPO光跳线的发展和特点,阐述了MPO光跳线组装工艺技术的开发。
With the arrival of large data period, the construction of data center and the fiber connection of 5G mobile communication base tation put forward higher density requirement for optical fiber connection. The traditional optical fiber connector and jumper have been unable to meet the requirement of its wiring, because the MPO optical fiber jumper has the characteristic of "multi-optical iber intensive", it will play an important role in the application of construction of the data center and 5G mobile communication base station. The paper briefly introduces the development and characteristics of MPO optical fiber jumper, then elaborates the key echnology of assembly process.
