电力施工企业绩效考核的重要性及实施

摘要 对于电力施工企业来说,采用绩效考核能显著地提升企业收益和核心竞争力,很多企业已经把绩效考核当做企业战略经营的重点来看.本文论述了电力施工企业绩效考核的重要性,并提出当前存在于绩效考核实施中的一些问题和相关解决方法,希望对电力施工企业有所帮助.
